过去一百年来，全球地表平均温度升高了 0.74℃，预计到 21 世纪末仍将上升 1.1- 6.4℃。中国近百年来地表平均气温升高了1.1℃，自 1986 年以来经历了 21 个暖冬。中国沿海海平面近30年上升了 90 毫米。目前人类社会正在面临有史以来最严重的气候变化问题，由此引起的一系列生态灾害不断增加。随着2021年拜登政府重返巴黎协议，我国提出30/60碳达峰碳中和承诺。至此，世界碳排放量最大的两个国家都做出了对改善气候问题的最新承诺。各国政府及社会大众对企业可持续发展的要求不断严苛，中外企业要想在可持续道路上做出真正的改变，应当如何应对？

同时，伴随气候变化、劳工合规风险、供应链风险等非财务风险日益凸显，ESG 理念不仅仅在国际上已成主流，在国内也逐步得到广泛重视，相关规范政策也在不断完善。

In the past century, the average global surface temperature has risen by 0.74°C, and it is expected that it will still rise 1.1-6.4°C by the end of the 21st century. At present, human society is facing the most serious climate change problem in history, and a series of ecological disasters caused by this are increasing. With the return of the Biden government to the Paris agreement in 2021, China put forward a 30/60 carbon peak carbon neutral commitment. So far, the two countries with the largest carbon emissions in the world have made the latest commitments to improve climate issues.
