应对气候变化已经成为21世纪人类社会面临的紧迫挑战，推进绿色发展成为全球共识。2020年9月22日，习近平主席在联合国大会上宣布，中国将采取更加有力的措施，“二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值，努力争取2060年前实现碳中和”。

根据GWEC的报告指出，风能是实现能源转型的关键。到2040年，风能将供应全球电力需求的约34%(目前为4%)。这相当于14000太瓦时，相当于中国、欧洲和美国目前的总发电量。风能同时可以提供2050年所需的碳减排约23%:56亿吨二氧化碳(相当于世界上80个污染最严重的城市，约有7.2亿人口)的年排放量。同时，在“十四五”大规模风电并网的背景下，风电行业对智能化和数字化要求越来越高，全面提升风电全生命周期综合技术能力至关重要。

The 3rd China Luxury Digital Innovation Summit 2021
