2020年新冠疫情爆发，国际商业环境剧变，国际关系摩擦升级，企业遭遇法律风险升级，企业必须重视合规发展的警钟一再被敲响。经济全球化新阶段，合规经营是国际化企业持续发展的源动力和根本保障。目前各个国家都在通过立法、国际合作的方式加强合规监管工作。中国政府也越来越重视依法治企与合规监管，国务院国资委全面推进中央企业合规管理

工作，目前中央企业已全部成立合规委员会。最高检也在有序推进企业合规改革试点工作，并牵头推动建立国家层面的企业合规第三方监管机制。企业在全球开展投资与贸易活动时，必须遵守全球市场的规则与要求，进一步提升国际化合规经营与管理竞争力。

论坛将以反商业贿赂为出发点，全面探讨在国际疫情经济大背景下国内外企业在合规管理上的经验和发展。组委会将邀请到250多位行业内资深人士与企业合规部门负责人以及150多家国内外知名企业与协会汇聚一堂，共同就最新法律与政策解读、跨国业务合规体系管理、网络安全与数据合规、企业内部合规体系建设、第三方合作管控、合规管理创新技术应用等一系列话题进行探讨，与成熟企业分享成功的合规实践案例，助力我国营造更好的商业和市场竞争环境。旨在为所有参会嘉宾提供具有实践性、创新性、全面性以及符合新时代的企业合规解决方案，让参会企业在新合规时代的环境下应对自如，游刃有余！
